The University of Sunderland is a public research university located in Sunderland in northeast England. It gained university status in 1992. What it is:

 Reduction in tuition fees of £900 for postgraduate students or £1,400 for undergraduate students.

Who it’s for:

All overseas students studying on-campus undergraduate and postgraduate courses except preparation courses such as foundation courses, EAP, or pre-masters.

Which intakes:

Students starting with us in September, October, November 2022, January, February, April, June 2024

Alumni Loyalty Scheme 2023/24

What it is: Loyal alums who return to the University to pursue a postgraduate degree will be rewarded with a 20% waiver on the entire cost of course fees.

Who it’s for: Alumni or University graduates who register in a full- or part-time postgraduate degree offered at either of our Sunderland sites between August 1, 2024, and July 31, 2025 (M.A., MSc, LLM, MBA, MPhil, DBA, EdD, PhD by Creative or Existing Works, or PhD by Dprof)

How do I apply?

You will automatically receive the discount if you are eligible for this scheme. There is no need for you to apply.

When can I apply?

You do not need to apply. If you qualify, the reward will automatically apply when you enroll in your course.
