Successful completion of a year-long program at a university with international recognition.
IELTS: 6.0 overall, with each band requiring at least 5.5.
PTE: 80 overall, at least 19 in writing, 50 overall, and at least 42 in each communication skill

The program provides support to non-citizens and permanent residents of the United States who want to study for graduate or postdoctoral degrees full-time in the country with the intention of returning home to work as professionals.
